Based in PEI, Paul is focused on gathering and using information to effectively develop, implement, and improve programs, projects, and policies. He has 20+ years of experience as a researcher, evaluator, and consultant in health, labour market, justice, employee engagement, and other fields. He holds a Masters of Science in Experimental Psychology from Memorial University and the Credential Evaluator (CE) professional designation with the Canadian Evaluation Society.  

Ayan Dualeh is a Human Resources Management professional with a strong academic foundation in psychology and biochemistry. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College (2021) and brings expertise in recruitment, employee development, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, and workplace health and safety.

Engagement-focused storyteller with a passion for intersectional communications. Three years of experience providing strategic communications advice to the leadership of Indigenous national non-profit organizations. Warm, authentic, charming, strong, experienced, and accessible voice advocating for accountability and ending violence against Indigenous Peoples. Experienced in the artful and supportive delivery of difficult truths.

Born and raised in Niagara, Megan is now living in Vancouver, BC, drawn to the natural beauty of the ocean and mountains. With a background in engineering and a passion for Equity, Diversity, Accessibility, and Inclusion, she brings a thoughtful and organized approach to research and engagement work. They have always cared deeply about human rights and is driven by a desire to make a meaningful, positive impact in the world.

Hello, my name is Jennifer Jones and I am living in Prince Edward Island. I am an associate consultant and a proud member of the ParriagGroup team. I have 20+ years experience specializing in data collection, management, and analysis empowering clients to glean meaningful "people first" insights into their organizations, evaluation or employee relations.  

Arlene Laliberté, PhD, is an Anishenabekwe (Algonquin woman) from Témiscamingue. After obtaining her doctorate in psychology from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal), she completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Australian Aboriginal communities, during which she worked on a number of projects, including the study of suicide as experienced by members of these communities.

Sarah is a GTA-based researcher who holds a masters in library & information science. She is passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, and does her best to continuously learn from those around her. Sarah also has a weird love of citations and strongly believes that Chicago is the superior format.

I am passionate about communications, Indigenous Economic Development, and uplifting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) practices across Canada.
