Sometimes we partner with firms so that we can take on more substantive projects. Recently, we partnered with Atlantic Evaluation Group to carry out an evaluation of a transformative program, SHIFT. This program is intended to address and prevent sexual harassment in Island workplaces through awareness, education and training that is tailored for employers, employees, high school students and the general public. As part of our ongoing evaluation we developed an Island-wide survey.
