The SHIW project aimed to transform workplace culture across Ontario by addressing sexual harassment and systemic barriers to safety. Our team conducted a feminist, trauma-informed evaluation across 20 community-led projects, each with autonomy in approach and tailored to local needs.

The evaluation demonstrated tangible change, including new workplace policies, safer reporting mechanisms, and shifts in organizational culture.
